The product, in the report: cloth sofa, chair and ottoman set
(03/07/2020) The consumer stated that the furniture was delivered on 3/7. The product has a bad odor that smells throughout the entire house. The odor has caused to have a runny nose and to get light headed.
The consumer also stated that she feels better when she is outside of the home.
No medical attention was required.
The consumer contacted the firm on 3/8 and advised them that she wanted to return the furniture and get her money back. She was advised that they would have to send an agent out to her home.
