The product, in the report: Rooms To Go Dual PWR Reclining Sofa
We purchased a Dual Powered Reclining Sofa and Love Seat at Rooms To Go n September 2020 for a cost of $3707.97. Rooms to Go has still not answered our complaints about dangerous conditions with this furniture.
In April 2020, I began trying to contact Rooms To Go corporate. There is a metal bar directly behind the seat, and this has become a problem. This week, when I sat down, the metal bar stuck into my back. Yesterday, this same bar caught my finger as I was moving on the sofa, and I was cut. I have video of the issue that shows it very clearly. This is a design flaw, and I can not imagine no one else has not had this problem with this particular sofa. I am checking with you first to see how we can resolve this. This is a dangerous situation. Please have someone call me at …
After many months of trying to communicate with them and not getting responses, I spoke with a representative ([REDACTED]) who said that she would help me get this issue resolved.
To date I have not received any communication and am stuck with this sofa set which has a dangerous condition.
