The product, in the report: The item is called the Rudger Motion Sofa and recliner

Approximately two years ago, we purchased a set of sofas and a recliner for our home. Since that time, these items have required multiple repairs due to a significant safety concern. Specifically, the two-inch metal pins and screws that secure the armrests repeatedly snap, loosen, or fall out entirely. When this occurs, the furniture becomes unusable due to exposed plastic casing components.

In addition to rendering the furniture unsafe to use, the loose hardware poses a serious hazard to small children and pets, as well as a trip hazard for anyone who unknowingly steps on the fallen parts.
