The product, in the report: Full couch recliner, 3 seat with console.
6/2/2023: The entire cup-holder quit working. His son-in-law is an electrician and they worked on the sofa through the process of elimination. They tracked the issue down to the left cup holder light, which was the culprit.
It works independently, but the right cup-holder works on a string that runs underneath the couch.
The consumer was notified about the recall (#23-215) by Amazon, a few days ago.
