  1. Hurt, no treatment

Made Nov 1, 2018, sent to the company Nov 16, 2018, published by CPSC Dec 3, 2018

The product, in the report: it is a set of sofa (sofa plus two chairs). They are made of hard wood and metal. Deeply carved with sharp edges.

I ordered a set of sofa (sofa plus two sofa chairs) which costs $4000 from an online shop called shop factory direct and it was delivered in the night of 10/29/2018. The company delivering staff took away the original packing after delivery. This sofa set is made of carved hard wood and metals. The legs and arms are all very protruding outwards. My 3 year old son bumped his head on the arms and I also hurt my knee on the very protruding hard metal sofa legs. The next morning, I immediately called the company and requested a return or exchange. I was willing to pay all those fees in the policy for return or exchange. However the company told me that since the sofa set is not in the original package and they cannot let me return. Although it is the company delivery staff took the original package away. Now this set of sofa stays in our family living room and it is a harzard to us, especially to my 3 year old son. We need your help to solve this matter as soon as possible to avoid big incident. Thank you [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
