Hurt, no treatment Made Apr 21, 2025, sent to the company May 1, 2025, published by CPSC May 15, 2025
The product, in the report: 82 inch l.shaoe sectional sofa
Bought a sectional sofa from Wayfair. The cushions never fit easily falls off. Now just 2 and 1/2 months after getting this the metal and I mean thick metal connectors bent. No idea how they bent but they bent and they can’t be unbent. We hardly ever moved the sofa except to sweep under it , we didnt want to move it to much because the back panels that they claim is the back of the sofa are so thin they can easy break in half if you try to move it forward or backwards. Very flimsy back panels. There is also no padding on the only arm of the sofa the wood is covered by a thin piece of tweed fabric. I’ve scratched myself twice on it. This sofa is not safe and Wayfair does not want to answer any questions about how these things have happened. Ive sent them pictures of the metal AND the panels AND the arm of the sofa and they haven’t responded. They just don’t seem to care. This is a dangerous sofa and we have only had it for almost 3 months and hardly use it. No reason for these things to happen in a short amount of time
