The product, in the report: Hancock and Moore- Settlement Sofa - class 3 Gaucho Mocha Burnished Leather Gallagher Love Seat - class 3 Gaucho Mocha Burnished Leather Princeton Chair and Ottoman - class 3 Gaucho Mocha Burnished Leather

In November 2014, my husband and I received two sofas from Hancock and Moore, which included a Settlement Sofa and Galligher Loveseat. In December 2014, my husband and I received 4 Hancock and Moore Princeton Chairs and ottomans. We were very excited about this purchase, however we were extremely disappointed when the furniture arrived. All the pieces were class 3 leather Gaucho Mocha Burnished. When they arrived they looked beautiful however had an extremely strong chemical odor to them. We had to leave our house for two days because we were getting headaches and sneezing! We were/are very concerned for the quality of our health at this point. We just purchased a $650 air purifier, which will hopefully help! As we are expecting a baby in the summer, you can imagine my fears about the chemicals that we have brought in to our home. We had an air quality specialist come to our home to inquire about testing the air quality in our home. He recommended that we first speak with Hancock and Moore to find out exactly what chemicals were used on these sofas and chairs. Several attempts have been made to reach out to Hancock and Moore to find out the products used on the sofas and chairs that would be releasing these toxic fumes in our home. Hancock and Moore has refused to cooperative and disclose any information on the products used. They stated it is a trade secret. We are extremely disappointed with the chemical fumes that have been brought in to our home from this furniture. This has been detrimental to our health.
