The product, in the report: Simms Fabric Power Reclining Sectional with Power Headrests. Brown sectional power-reclining couch (6 pieces). 300 lb sectional weight capacity. L-shaped. Fabric upholstery, polyester blend.

I had purchased the “Simms Fabric Power Reclining Sectional with Power Headrests” through Costco and was delivered on March 19, 2026 at approximately 1:30pm (PST). After work, I rested on the couch for an hour while on [REDACTED] with my mother when I started scratching my body. I noticed I had red marks/hives all over my body. I went to Urgent Care and they advised I had contact dermatitis.
