Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No one hurt

Made Dec 31, 2020, sent to the company Mar 4, 2021, published by CPSC Mar 18, 2021

The product, in the report: Navy blue couch and love seat with silver furniture pins that line the bottom, arms and edges of the couch. It was made by fabrique par and the regulation#95A9436. Size is 90x40x43.

The couch and love seat we purchased in 2018 has decorative furniture pins that line the edges and bottoms and arms of the couch. They come loose and pose a dangerous choking hazard. Not only are they sharp pins that could potentially stab but we have pulled 3 of them out of our baby’s mouth! Luckily we were able to remove the pin before our baby ingested or choked on it. These pins should be much more secure than they are and not so easily come loose.
