The product, in the report: Brown sectional with 2 reclining seats and a wedge piece in the middle.

I purchased a sectional from Mor’s furniture back in Nov 2018. I have the furniture protection plan on it. this was a floor model. This sectional have broke 3 times since I had it.. Twice the recliner r string broke and now the cushions on the wedge has sunken in. My niece that is a year old was here on Saturday and her head got caught between the two pieces. I have been working with the store and safeguard protection plan since Jan 31st. They are telling me that they because this model is discontinued they will only give my 500.00 dollar store credit to replace it, or they will give me a $100 to keep it. I was told in one of my conversation that the sofa was discontinued because they had a problem with it and it was poorly made. All I wanted was something that was similar to what I had that there is not a hazardous to my nieces and nephew when they come over. This kid could have died if no one was in the room and she got stuck in there. Also, I used the recliner for my brother in law that had a stroke so that when he is visiting he have some where comfortable to sit. I was willing to have it fix but they don’t have the parts to fixed it either.
