The product, in the report: Brohill 6 cushion sofa

I purchased sofa in Sept 2015. When it was delivered the off-gassing was so bad it made us ill. The store took back the sofa and replaced it with a brand new one, which was special ordered. We’ve had the new sofa approximately two weeks and have the same problem. When I unzipped the cushions the gas was noxious. I’ve been putting the cushions outside every day and bringing them in at night. I also have to exchange the air with open windows and fans every day. My husband and I are experiencing upper respiratory issues, my mouth, eyes, and nose becomes inflamed and sore and my lungs ache.
