The product, in the report: Ashwell 5 - Piece Upholstered Sectional By Andover Mills
I purchased a 5 piece modular sectional sofa from Wayfair. The cushions for each of the 5 pieces was packed inside the base of the piece, which appear to be mainly constructed from plywood. Upon removing the cushion for one of the two ottomans, I discovered that the cushion was infested with wood splinters to the point that removal of the wood splinters was impractical. I submitted the issue to Wayfair, who worked with the manufacturer to provide a replacement ottoman. Upon opening the replacement ottoman, I discovered that the cushion for that ottoman was also infected with wood splinters, making use of such furniture hazardous and unsafe for my family
