We bought a house floor carpet from Lowe’s Home Center, the name of the manufacturer is Stain Master “SOS George Town Custom Design Textured Indoor Carpet Yarns LLC DBA PHENIX. The carpet installation was completed about 6 days ago. Since last 6 days, we (my wife and I) are experiencing burning sensation in the feet since we generally walk barefoot on the carpet and also we are having eye problems. We suspect that there are some chemicals (Formaldahyde?) in the Carpet which are causing the feet and eye problems. This needs to be investigated and we would like to file a civil complaint for this product.
