On Feb 09/ 2024 #3 rugs were delivered to me . Item name/number: Oyajia Rug Indoor Bordered Area Rugs, Non-Slip Rubber Backing Modern Living Room Runner Rug, Oyajia, 2’x7’/518140015 from Walmart (DK STORE) Customer Order Number: [REDACTED]. The 3 rugs were delivered on Feb 9/ 2024. I used them in the hallway but their edges were warped, and the edges never were flat even though we tried to fix the problem conventionally day by day this product was getting worse causing my husband and me to trip on constantly producing one felt without medical attention needed but we have been lucky so far. Because of that and our senior conditions, I contacted the Seller Company Walmart “Contact the seller “ several times. April 9th, April 15, April 16, April 18 2024 The DK Store using Walmart Customer Service asked me for photos and I sent them. After their last email, they said that they checked the products in their warehouse and found that they also have warped edges due the material reasons. They suggested that I have to put a double side tape underneath. They asked me to keep it or sell it to other people. Also, they offered a $10.00 refund. My initial intention in contacting them was to give feedback. But this company continues selling this item knowing that it can cause accidents and also the description of the product on the website is not accurate.
