The consumer stated that her husband was sitting in the chair and rocking. The consumer’s husband went to pick something up on the left side of him while he was in the chair.
The consumer stated that the plastic bracket that bolts onto the bottom of the chair broke off in two places. The chair tipped over and the consumer’s husband fell to the side, out of the chair. The consumer’s husband was not injured.
The consumer stated that the plastic bracket that broke off bolts onto two springs.
The consumer tried calling the retailer but the number was disconnected.
