  1. No one hurt

Made Dec 28, 2013, sent to the company Jan 7, 2014, published by CPSC Jan 23, 2014

The product, in the report: Choc Elite Swivel Rocker (item 631431) and Choc Elite Ottoman (item 631466), both brought from Baby r Us

Rocker chair and ottoman bought from Baby R Us for the nursery room. Like one hour later a broken needle with a long threat still attached, same color than the product is found on the floor. We can’t believe that such a dangerous object could be there and the potential devastation from it. Kids take no time to find something on the carpet and put it into their mouth. Not to mention infection, tetanus, etc. we are aware of the strict procedure when a broken needle can’t be found. We wonder how many other products from that company are sit on other nurseries and great potential damage can be inflicted to poor babies. The product wasn’t bought in a flea market! We have kept all the evidences and the ottoman even has the original tag. We are willing to go under oath and proceed with any necessary action.
