Made Oct 9, 2019, sent to the company Jan 27, 2020, published by CPSC Feb 10, 2020

The product, in the report: Summer Classics Peninsula Swivel Glide Chair

The swivel rocker came detached from the base which appears to have a metal rod the was shorn in half. The rocker fell on its side while I was sitting in it. If I didn’t have quick reflexes, it would have caused serious injury. The product is just over a year old and has had occasional light use.
