Recently purchased metal outdoor swivel rocker. Today while sitting in the chair, the metal rods that hold the chair to the base snapped on each side sending me and the chair backwards. I hit my head on the deck railing and my left elbow on the deck. Fortunately I am in good health and was not seriously injured. The weight limit for these chairs is 250 lbs. No one over 200 pounds has used these chairs since their purchase approximately a month ago. They have also have not been exposed to bad weather for any length of time. Clearly there is a defect in the metal that these rods would snap after minimal use by people weel under the stated weight limit.
