Hanamint Bella Dining Swivel Rocker Purchased 19-JUN-2020, Delivered 30-JUN-2020, Broke 17-OCT-2020 My neighbor was sitting in the chair when it broke and he fell over backward onto our concrete patio. We checked on him the next day, and he was bruised and sore, but at the time he did not mention any other injuries. He is 73 and on blood thinners -- so this is of very great concern to us. Fortunately he fell onto a flat portion of the patio -- rotated another 20 degrees, his head would have hit the hard paver steps and who knows what could have happened to his head, neck, or back.

The product, in the report: outdoor furniture swivel rocker chair with dual leaf spring suspension system
(8/02/2015) The consumer stated that he was sitting in the chair. After about three minutes, the fiber springs tore away from the bottom of the chair. The consumer fell backward on the wood leaf springs patio deck.
The consumer sustained minor laceration to the backs of both hands, his left ear and the back of his head.
No medical attention was required.
