The product, in the report: Cracker Barrel Hardwood Slat Rocking Chair (Adult), SKU 264663
My son, who is 12 months old, had his head entrapped on the Cracker Barel Rocker between the seat and the seatback, where there is a pretty large gap. He climbed up on the rocker while I was in the bathroom and then turned on the seat so that his legs went out the back and tried to get down between the seat back and the seat. His body went through but his head didn’t. Luckily, his older brother saw what happened and got help.
