My husband fell backwards / flipped upside down while holding our 3 month old baby in the Corrigan Studio Vennie Rocking Chair. He lifted his feet up on to the seat, causing more backward weight than possibly experienced in their safety tests, but I imagine many consumers may do this and thus deeming the product unsafe.
