The product, in the report: Brooks Glider -1993 Model, Mission Oak. Base is broken/collapsed similar to other chairs Brooks has recalled. I have a photo of the damage on my phone.
I bought. A Brooke Glider chair and it collapsed similar to toher chairs that look like it that were recalled. I ihjured my chest and reported it to my health care proivder.
