The product, in the report: outdoor folding rockers
The consumer has two of the folding rockers. The arm rest on both rockers collapsed one day apart. One of the arm rests on the first rocker collapsed on 5/28 while the consumer was sitting in the rocker. The consumer noticed that the plastic arm rests were slightly warped because the chairs had been sitting in the sun.
On 5/29, the consumer had only been sitting in the other rocker for about two minutes, when both arm rests collapsed. The consumer fell backwards and hit his head on the sliding glass door. He also hurt his arms. The consumer has a slight bump on his head.
No medical attention was required.
