The product, in the report: Backyard Creations, Farren Falls collection item #272-0962 swivel rocker patio chair
This is in regards to outdoor patio chairs. We purchased a new patio set from Menards. They are Backyard Creations, Farren Falls collection swivel rockers item #272-0962. My girl friend was sitting in one and all of a sudden she fell backwards and hit her head on the cement patio. We inspected the chair and found that all of the welds broke that hold the base to the chair itself. Then about 10 minutes later I fell while sitting in another chair. We inspected that chair to find the same issue, broken welds. We inspected the other chairs and found another one has the same issues starting. So 3 of the 6 six chairs in the set all have the same issue. I contacted the company, sent pictures and the receipt over a week ago, still no response.
