The product, in the report: Wyatt Faux Leather Recliner - Brown Pushback recliner mechanism

My wife sat down in our recliner and pushed back to recline when the recliner tipped over backward. In the process of falling back over she hit her head on the window behind the chair. Her head hit the glass, then the metal lift handle at the bottom of the window, and finally the window sill. She suffered a concussion and is currently still suffering from the effects of this brain injury. She is currently having evaluations with spinal doctors and neurosurgeons to fully assess the injury and identify the appropriate medical recovery treatments.
