The product, in the report: Up N Go Deluxe seat cushion, gray in color, 7 lbs
The day before my mother turned 91, she was sitting in her recliner in her home, using the Up N Go Deluxe cushion she had been given for Christmas. She dropped something on the floor in front of her chair, and when she leaned over to pick it up, the seat cushion, which is designed to aide individuals in standing up from a seated position, sent her catapulting out of her chair, and causing her to land on the floor below (on her face). She bruised her face and nose and had multiple bruises and severe soreness up and down her left side. Fortunately, she did not break anything.
