First aid Made Sep 2, 2019, sent to the company Sep 12, 2019, published by CPSC Sep 26, 2019
The product, in the report: Two-position, teardrop chair with bentwood back/seat. 5/8? metal tubing and 1.6mm hole bored in tubing for improved strength. Found here: https://www.uloft.com/product/espresso-teardrop-2-position-chair/
The chair can be either vertical or in a reclined position. I was sitting in the reclined position and tried to get back to vertical when it began to rotate and then I fell backwards. My head and back hit the ground.
