The springs under the seat’s have broken allowing my wife to fall through the seat on hers and both poke thru the seat. There is also a switch that I think is under a recall notice of 15-129, both switches on the two chairs have broken the plastic button part that you press to go up or down. this makes you pull the switch out to operate them exposing electronics to skin contact. the third item is the main bar that makes the recliner operate, it is a 3/4” bar connecting the two sides of the recliner mechanism. It has several bolts threaded to it and broke on both chairs at the same place. They broke where a bolt was threaded through the top and bottom on the button side of the chair. When mine broke the square bar dug into the carpet and while raising me up it threw me from the chair. This happened on nine different dates so I am only including the fall thru date.
