I HAD JUST SAT IN MY NEW PHI VILLA XXL OVERSIZED PADDED ZERO GRAVITY CHAIR, FOLDABLE PATIO RECLINER, WHEN AS I TRIED TO EXIT IT, FOLDED UP ON ME AND SLAMMED ME BACKWARDS ONTO THE TILE FLOOR, AT WHICH TIME I HIT MY HEAD, HURT MY NECK, BACK, AND SPRAINED/BRUISED MY WRIST. I HAVE BEEN IN URGENT CARE TWICE, THEN ER FOR CT SCANS AND X-RAYS. I HAVE A CONCUSSION AND AM NOT FEELING WELL, CONTINUING TO HAVE HEADACHES AND SPASMS IN MY NECK ALONG WITH FEELING NAUSEOUS AND UPSET.
