The product, in the report: It was a White Party Time Dual Power Reclining Love Seat.
My client was injured in a fire that started as the result of a defective, and since recalled, Ashley Furniture reclining loveseat. When the fire started, my client was asleep. The defective chair was in his living room. While escaping his apartment, he was severely burned. It caused significant injuries to my client, including, but not limited to, burns to his face, neck, arms, back, and hands. He also had to be intubated because of the smoke inhalation.
