The product, in the report: Mondo Dual-Power Recliner Gray polyester fabric, on a hardwood frame. Dual power adjustable headrest & footrest. Classic design with plush cushions, armrest & backrest . Dimensions Height 42 inches, Width 36 inches, Depth 40 inches. Product SKU: 1867393 Model K116HM-L1-1EH-MG UPC 1867393
The Buttons on the side of Mundo Power recliner wouldn’t operate the chair leg rest but the head adjusting Button did work. Then we smelled wiring burning. We removed the Button compartment, opened it, it was black & burnt on the circuit board. We visited Value City, they stated warranty expired! Told us to call Customer Care. They said the only thing they can do is order the part, they will contact me with a price! I was shocked they didn’t grasp the seriousness of the fact we could have had a fire if we hadn’t have discovered it. The Power Recliner is made by a Manufacturer exclusively for Value City Furniture.
