The product, in the report: Small gray toddler recliner folding recliner chair

I recently decided to purchase a small toddler recliner for my son from Biglots as he went to sit down on the recliner I heard him scream very loudly and begin to cry when I looked over to see what was wrong blood was gushing from his leg I put a band aid on him and told him he was okay and I went to look what he was hurt on and there was a nail sticking out of the cushion part of his chair where his bottom would be seated it is completely unecessary for a nail to be put in this location on the chair!
