I was reclined in my Dutailier Round Back Cushion Design Modern Glider Multiposition, Recline and Ottoman Combo with my newborn who I had been breastfeeding. When I leaned forward to exit the recline position, the chair fell over on top of me and the baby (we are okay). My partner had to remove the chair from on top of us. Since the chair is marketed as a recliner, I don’t understand why it’s most basic use would trigger such a safety hazard.
