The product, in the report: Dozy Dotes Contemporary Distressed Brown Leather Like Rocker Kids’ Recliner (10583) through Amazon.
I recently purchased Dozy Dotes Contemporary Distressed Brown Leather Like Rocker Kids’ Recliner (10583) through Amazon. I would like to report that the chair has a very dangerous safety issue. When it is reclined and the child tries to rock it, it falls over backwards. The runners do not extend out the back and there is nothing to stop it from tipping.

The product, in the report: Contemporary hot chocolate child rocker recliner chair.
The consumer stated that she has a recliner chair for her 21 months old son. She stated that there was a sharp metal part that was coming out from both sides of the chair, but the left top side was sticking out the most. CONSUMER ADDED: There were some other nails/tacks on the chair that were coming out or weren’t very secure in other areas of the chair, but my husband removed that when we first received the chair.
The consumer stated that she decided to add a blanket over the chair to prevent the metal from coming out causing a laceration on her son’s body.
The consumer stated that she contacted the manufacturer and they informed her that they could not provide any assistance since it was past the 90 warranty period.
The consumer stated that she feels this product should be investigated since it poses a safety hazard to the child.
