The product, in the report: Fully automated massage chair which reclines. Back and footrest raise either automatically or with button.
While using the chair, the automatic foot rest came down and crushed my dog to death. The chair does not have an alarm or does not automatically raise footrest when it feels resistance (like when a garage door raises when the pressure sensor is triggered). My dog was pinned underneath and crushed. I did not notice because I had headphones in and the footrest goes up and comes down automatically. I only found out at the end of the massage program when I tried to lower the footrest and it would not go down all the way. Again, there was neither an alarm, nor a raising of the footrest upon feeling resistance. I have not found any safety warnings or reporting for this hazard. This is extremely dangerous to not only dogs, but, more importantly, small children.
