Seen by a doctor or nurse Made Jun 6, 2011, published by CPSC Jun 28, 2011
The product, in the report: Anti Gravity chair - a reclining adjustable chair (I think intended for both indoor and outdoor use). When in its reclining position it suddenly tips backwards causing the back of a person’s head to hit the floor
I bought an “ANTIGRAVITY CHAIR” at Costco. During normal use it tipped backwards and I sustained a concussion. The company asked me to send it back to them. I have not. I noticed they are still being sold at Costco. I believe they have an inherently dangerous design and can fall backwards and can cause serious head injury..
