The product, in the report: 4 way recline size large with head neck support and adaptive height, color beige, fabric leather.

The product was use daily in the living room for watch TV in a comfortable body position, initially buy it for health maintenance and prevent further joint damage. I was sitting on the ride side of my husband in another chair when he suffer two felts in different times from the chair when he was relaxing in resting mode in the reclining. The chair surprisedly collapse going all the way back unexpectedly. In the first event he felt on his back and neck without suffer significance physical issues or injury. But he is a very healthy man but with a diagnose of degeneration of C5-6. We buy this reclining because has a adaptive neck head support and is a large reclining chair suggesting good ergonomics for daily use. At the moment of the first event we was not aware of this safety issues just a bizarre felt but this happen a second and the felt was worse because in a abrut force he just felt in the same way going all the way back but this time his legs go over his head putting a extraordinary force on his neck and back. Today he is management significance amount of pain affecting his productivity. I can not imagine the damage another of this chair can produce to a fragile person with compromise.
