Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No incident, no one hurt

Made Oct 5, 2023, sent to the company Oct 23, 2023, published by CPSC Nov 14, 2023

The product, in the report: Baby Crib Bedding Set with a comforter, crib skirt, crib sheet and diaper stacker. The crib sheet measures 28 x 52 inches with 8 inches of deep pockets, the quilt is approximately 45 x 36 inches, and the crib skirt is 28 x 52 inches with 15 inches drop, 15.75 x 19.7 x 6 inches diaper bag

Purchased product on Amazon.com and upon receipt noticed that product was not in compliance with CPSC’s labeling requirements which can be dangerous to the baby if the product is mis-handled. 1- Neither the packaging or any item in this product had Manufacturer’s information, batch or run number, RN number from the factory or date of production. 2- I noticed the crib comforter did not have a warning or law Label. If a comforter is not used properly, it could potentially cause death to the baby. 3- The Diaper stacker did not have any warning labels on the product. If not sued properly this could be dangerous for a baby.

    Purchased for a nursery.

There were not injuries but I am afraid that other customers purchasing this product could potentially have injuries if not used properly.
