The product, in the report: Frogg Togg chilly pad, large towel like pad that you wet use against your skin to cool you off during sports.
I used a Frogg Togg Chilly Pad around my neck during sports. I developed a red, painful, papular rash on my neck. I thought I had shingles. It resolved in a day. I washed the pad and used it again. I developed the same rash on my neck and chest. I checked Amazon and found reports of multiple people who had the same experience.

The product, in the report: Frogg Togg Chilly Pad towel
I purchased a Frogg Togg towel for my son to use during a football game on 8/27/16. I hand washed and rinsed the towel, as the package says, and my son broke out in a rash of bumps all over his face and neck where he used the towel, and his ears became swollen. I have had to give him Benadryl everyday to try and bring down the swelling and get the bumps to go away, It has been nearly a week, and the bumps are slowly going away. There was no warning on the package that an allergic reaction was possible.
