I own Lennox direct vent elite series gas log edv4540cpm-b since March 2005. Ever since we have owned this gas log, as soon as we have a quick power outage, the log comes on. After this happens I unplug the fireplace and start the log with the control panel until I get a certified rep to fix an issue. We had it looked at again earlier this year. Obviously the problem has not been solved, so I have unplugged the fireplace.
