We purchased a set of wood bunk beds, the kind with built-on stairs ( no ladder ) from Value City Furniture last year. The stairs have cracked and broken twice in the last year and have had to be replaced. The wood slats under the top bunk have buckled and are not safe. This bed is very dangerous and failure can result in serious injury. I have contacted the store numerous times and they have failed to respond.
