The product, in the report: This is a Rory Gray Metal bunk bed. Twin at the top, full at the bottom

I bought a metal bunk bed twin at top and full at the bottom for my 2 boys on April 16th, 2024. At the bottom my 17 year old sleeps and my 14 year old son would sleep at the top, but he is with his mom currently, so he has not used the bed so far, so no load at the top twin mattress yet. Last night at around 11 PM my 17 year old son woke up as the bottom rails of the bunk bed has came out where some rails have come out and also the single middle rail and screws have come out. I have bought this furniture from City furniture considering that I have purchased it from a good store where they have also done the installation. My son is a competitive swimmer and because of this, he has injured his shoulder and could not perform in his morning training this morning at 6:15am. This is extremely disturbing as I can not think of what could have happened if my younger boy was actually sleeping at the top as well!!
