The product, in the report: Ponderosa bunk bed, twin over twin.
I was on the top bunk installing a shelf and noticed that the bed was extremely wobbly. I pulled the bed out from the wall to investigate the bolts and realized the nuts were completely broken and that the bolts were just sitting in there with nothing to hold the bed together. I replaced all of the nuts on the bottom bunk and discovered all 8 of the nuts were either completely broken or cracked and almost completely broken.
According to the product website, it uses Lag Bolt/Mortise and Tenon Jointery.
