The product, in the report: Listed on Amazon as “ MOEO Twin Over Twin House Bunk Bed with Convertible Slide and Ladder, Metal Low Bedfram w/ Guardrail for Kids, No Need Spring Box, Black” says unavailable as of now but searched and there are many different sellers selling the bed. It’s a Children’s bed made out of metal. The slide bracket broke off and created two very sharp pieces of metal that will cut children at the top of the slide. Because the slide was no longer attached properly, it could also cause a strangulation hazard. Low House Bunk Beds with Slide Twin Over Twin Toddlers Metal Bunk Bed Frame for 2 Kids Boys Girls Teens, Black [REDACTED]

Childrens lofted metal bed bought from Amazon. It has a slide. Slide is held on by two brackets. One bracket broke off after 8weeks of normal use. Now there are two razor sharp inch sections at top of bed on top of slide. This bed is used by a small 4 year old. The metal broken sections could cause serious or fatal injuries to children using the bed. Spoke to Amazon to report. Requested they report and recall dangerous item. Looked today and multiple versions are being sold of bed still.
