The product, in the report: Custom-Made Bunk Bed

The consumer indicates that as soon as the bunk bed was delivered to his son’s home, they noticed that it was hazardous as there is no labeling on the bed to notify what mattress was used and, on the lower portion of the bed, the slats go left and right, which means a child can climb it and fall down.

The consumer contacted the Manufacturer and was informed that they do not do refunds and that no party has tested the bed.

The consumer states that the product has not been used.

The consumer plans on keeping the bunk bed for at least the next thirty days.
