    The product, in the report: Bunkbed from Litfad - Invoice ID - [REDACTED] Order - [REDACTED] , Product ID: 2200639193, Received - May 7, 2025, Purchased through PayPal https://www.litfad.com/shelves-included-solid-wood-standard-bed-with-drawers-ladder-for-bedroom-s-4320133.html. Paypal transaction ID [REDACTED] Paypal required a report for refund but I am mostly concerned that it is a safety hazard. Bunkbed - Shelves Included Solid Wood Standard Bed with Drawers Ladder for Bedroom - Bunk Bed & Drawer & Mattress & Bookcase & Ladder Cabinet 59”W x 96”L. Seller misrepresented and sent the wrong product. Please note the finish and color of the Product Bought compared to the shipped material which is raw wood. Product Bought picture is heavier duty wood than the Picture with Product picture and wood that came with the product. The product sent is a Safety hazard with larger rail opening creating a choking hazard and the product should be recalled and has lighter railings, lighter posts, lighter slats. Product Bought not shipped as seen with lighter posts and incorrect banister is seen between Product Bought, Picture with Product. The railing shown in the Product Bought picture has 12 slats, heavier wood and nearly the same width and distance apart. The Broken in factory picture shows slanted and missing slats with 8 slats with the slats half the width of the engraved slats making opening that are a choking risk. The railing is also slanted about 15 degrees, is broken and has sap. The banister in the Product Bought shows a similar curve to the main posts while Slant instead of Curve Banister shows a simple diagonal banister, with only one fill panel instead of 4 and no upright support beams creating a large hole that one could fall through. The drawers are MTF instead of solid wood and the color is mismatched to the Product Bought. Drawer have knob hole instead of inset handles which creates a tripping hazard. and incorrectly slanted railing shown in Broken in factory, Slanted and missing slats picture. Broken parts; Broken Drawer picture, Broken Railing on side shown in Slanted Broken and Sap Side picture. The material is to light weight to support and will easily break. Mattress is a pad instead of a mattress and smells rancid. No instructions to assemble were provided. They have a satisfaction guarantee. PayPal requested I file a report.
