The product, in the report: Keystone Twin/Full White Stairway Bunk Bed with Storage/Trundle Unit sku SKU20063494 Model SKU20063494

Bobs furniture sold us and then installed a trundle bunk bed in our home that has exposed hardware. After multiple calls and their attempts get me to give up I have come here for a remedy. There is no doubt in my mind children have been injured by this product. They do not have a plug or any sort to cover on the bolts and locking nuts in 12 places on the top bunk. 4 are covered when a mattress is installed. The 4 that remain exposed are the “perfect” place for a childs finger to get caught and cut. There needs to be a plug of some sort sent to all those that have purchased and those that purchase in the future. Even the customer service supervisor acknowledged the danger while on a call with me. Their solution is to put glue in the hole to cover the parts!!! Not only is I am sure against manufacturing guidelines but consumers would never be able to take the bed apart.
