The product, in the report: Jardine Pine Bunk bed Model #WM1848R manufactured in 2007 made in Vietnam
My children’s bunk bed was part of a repair kit recall. The repair kit I was sent does nothing to fix the problem. Some of the slats supporting the mattress broke in half. The repair kit only takes into account the corners of each bed. That is not where the problem is. I reported the problem when it originally occurred but do not remember when that was. I ordered the broken pieces and had my brother reinforce the bed with a solid mattress support. I think Jardine should recall all of these items and refund the customer’s especially since most people wouldn’t have someone who builds wood products be able to fix the bunks.
