The product, in the report: The item in question is a Full Sized Doral Home Products Denver model lofted bed in Espresso toned wood. It was purchased in September 2020 and we received it on October 5, 2020

Hi! My name is [REDACTED] and I am the mother of a 12 year old boy. This morning (January 21, 2021), while my son was sleeping, his Doral Home Products lofted bed’s safety railing broke and fell to the ground. My son was sleeping in the bed in his bedroom, the bed was correctly assembled/used, and we have not had any previous issues.

The product, in the report: Black Metal bunk beds

We bought the bunk beds for our children around six months ago. Around four months ago, the upper railing broke. We are now using duct tape to keep the railing in place. This is a huge concern because my 7 year old son sleeps in that bed. I am worried he could roll over and fall. Often times he sleeps in the bottom bed with his sibling. Thankfully he has not been injured. I have contacted the company but have not heard back.
