  1. Hurt, no treatment

The product, in the report: Bunkbed with bookcase and stairwell

I purchased a Colorado Kids Bunk Bed from My Bobs Furniture Discount Store. I also purchased insurance under Goof Proof for five years their name is Guardsman. There address is P.O. Box 88010 Grand Rapids, MI. 49518. The problem with the staircsase continues and is unsafe for children walking up and down stairs. I had two servicemen come to the house and repaired them. They also mentioned that the wood pieces are not sturdy enough to be walking up or down. The staircases are broken in various locations. They continue to crack one after the other. My son fell off the stairs and I immediately called them. I am concerned that this product should be listed to buyers and not go through with purchase due to continue breakage of stairway.
